How long does my order take to ship?

Within most instances orders will be shipped out and tracking updated in 1 business day, peak seasons like Christmas will affect processing times but I strive to get orders out quickly. Sometimes delays happen for larger orders with multiple items but for the most part we try to strive for 1 day processing times!

Do you offer international shipping? 

YES! For smaller items we ship to most countries, however for larger / heavier items we are limited to USA / Canada and UK. Please keep in mind that international items will require Canada Post Small Packet International Air or Surface Mail depending on the weight and that service does not come with a tracking number.

What is your return policy? 

CPJ Collectibles does not accept cancellations, contact us if you need an order altered or shipped to a different address prior to shipment. We do accept returns as long as the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt of item and the return must be shipped back with tracking within 30 days. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
